We have numerous agents working in different parts of the business, with differing needs on answering tickets. With only a few Znuny Admins, it is time consuming creating Answer Templates or Snippets for each agent and keeping on top of updates.
The ability for them to create Answer Templates without being a full system admin, or perhaps a "Personal Templates" feature that is only available to the agent who creates the template would be very handy.
