Patch to add support for STM32F2 and F4 #18

Attached is a patch for adding F2 and F4 to stm32flash.

Only the F4 part has been tested on a STM32F4 discovery board.

The serial timeout needed to be increased to accommodate the significant 
increase in the mass erase time.
