Consider moving from GET to PUSH notifications for draft #3

Current draft scoring is done via this endpoint: https://developer.sportradar.com/docs/read/american_football/NFL_v5#draft-summary

Instead of replacing the current scorer, maybe it would be nice to have some sort of dashboard that announces the picks as they happen, and announce which owner is linked to that pick.

We could also include draft trades as well.
