Yes, but the term "Home screen" is normally only used to describe the main SCREEN of a Launcher. You wouldn't use it to describe the LAUNCHER itself.
When describing a Launcher, the term "Home screen app" would be more accurate.
Most of the other Launchers I checked, use the terms "Home app" and "Launcher".

In my opinion, it would be better if you replaced the vague term "Home screen" with either "Home screen app", "Home app" or with "Launcher".
I would also suggest adding "default" to the description.
TL;DR
OLD: "Select home screen"
NEW: "Select default Launcher" or NEW: "Select default Home app" or NEW: "Select default Home screen app"
"Home screen" doesn't sound quite right to me when talking about selecting the default Launcher app.
