was really frustrated with compatibility on --gpus all not working. This is the compatible version

While in general a docker compose file might be useful, I don't see how that is supposed to be connected to the --gpus flag which is an officially documented and supported flag for docker run to pass GPUs into the container.

If that does not work for you, then there is a different unrelated problem going on.
