Feature request: Hold for Autofire #59

Would be great to be able to hold a button to automatically repeat a macro infinitely.

I know it has been a while and the implementation is not as simple as adding a single checkbox so I opted for a more flexible system by making lua scripting possible.

I have added an example script which does pretty much what you want to do to the list of examples that you can find here.
