in sheep it we have a cost param

does it possible to transfer a cost from vast.ai to sheepit throught the additional_sheepit_arguments ?

yes you can,

In the "On-start Script" section on vast.ai you can just add any additional CLI parameters after the -login and -password ones. Anything after /startapp.sh will get passed to the sheepit client.
