[feature request] Custom "curves" #14

I do love the UI, but could an custom "fan-curve" setting be thought about - at least for me the defaults run the CPU way way too hot for use and I'd like some more automated control over temps, does this sound like a sane addition?

Yeah I have been wanting to do this since the very beginning, but turns out it is sadly not as easy as I originally thought.

I think such an addition would make a lot of sense, but I cannot promise any ETA on it.
