The mup documentation lists zodern/meteor:root as supported image and the newer mup versions use it as default. However, the GitHub docs of zoder/meteor it says the preferred image is zodern/meteor (without using a root user) and it also says further below

My question is: which one should we use for which use-case? From what I can see, I would favor to use a non-root user but I have no deeper insights why a root user might be required. Why is then the root image used as default?
