Now that I've started reading The Circadian Code, I realize that it's perhaps healthiest to use the Windows 10 light mode during the day and dark mode during the night. So, I've installed the Auto Dark Mode utility. It enables systemwide dark mode on my machine around sunset every day.
It might be nice if Total Registry would offer three themes:
Light Mode
Dark Mode
Auto Mode
Auto Mode would be either light or dark. It would depend on whether or not systemwide dark mode for apps is enabled in the Windows Settings app. If it's enabled, please enable Total Registry's dark mode too.
