Download the latest release

Save to c:\windows

open administrator console and run the following

reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\regedit.exe" /v "Debugger" /t REG_SZ /d "\"%windir%\TotalReg.exe\"" /f

I believe it's already supported in the Options menu :)
