Cannot find module 'pouchdb/lib/replicate/gen-replication-id #13

Hi @zoepage

I'm using pouchdb 5 which exposes this via the extras api as fixed in #12. As it stands I don't think I can use this plugin (which I really need btw 😄 )

Is there any chance of getting #12 merged?

Having downloaded and playing with this I see this would take more than merging in #12 to make this plugin usable with later versions of pouchdb.
