instead of https://github.com/hoodiehq/pouchdb-hoodie-unsynced-local-docs/blob/master/tests/utils/db.js#L11, we can do https://github.com/hoodiehq/pouchdb-hoodie-api/blob/master/tests/utils/db.js#L14
