Update the instructions page #3

Update the instructions pages to display instructions. Use the google slide deck Helen created as a template:

Memolab Team/Experiments/FACEOFF/Study1/FACEOFF-instructions

Now displays the correct instructions. We need examples of perception and memory tests to display after the instructions, but we can only do it after we figure out the slider to collect user input.
