Windows Issues resurfacing? #172

Windows 11. Issue exists on both light and dark theme

Same issue on Windows 10 Version 21H2 (Build 19044.3086) Gtk-WARNING **: 23:45:07.622: Could not load a pixbuf from icon theme. This may indicate that pixbuf loaders or the mime database could not be found.
