Some modifications in the code in order to prevent non physical results for the activation. It is mainly about 2 parts :
First , a issue with the version geant4 1v1.01 that i reported here : https://geant4-forum.web.cern.ch/t/isotope-lifetimes-from-g4iontable-are-strange-or-have-a-value-of-0-s/10448 All the modification with G4Ions::G4FloatLevelBase::... are due to this issue . It will be probably corrected with the next patch.

Second , the fact that I did not use correctly the method FinalExcitationIndex from the class G4NucLevel which lead to the wrong energy for the de-excitation gammas.
