Description: As a user, I want to view current trending hashtags and the number of occurrences of each trend, so that I can stay updated on popular topics. (Epic: https://github.com/zohaibshahzadkhan/SocialVibe-React-App/issues/24)

Acceptance Criteria:

Page Layout:

The Trends section should be accessible from the main navigation menu.
It should be displayed in a card format with each trend showing the hashtag and the number of occurrences.

Trends List:

Display a list of trending hashtags.
Each trend should display:
The hashtag (e.g., #ReactJS).
The number of occurrences (e.g., 120 posts).

Link to Trend View:

Each trend should have a link to explore more details about that trend.
The link should navigate to a detailed view of the trend.

Styling:

Use a consistent and clean design for the trends card.
Ensure the layout is responsive and visually appealing on different screen sizes.

Data Handling:

Fetch the trending data when the component is mounted.
Use a placeholder data array to simulate the trends.
