Implement Message Sending Feature in Chat

Description: As a user, I want to be able to send messages in a chat conversation, so that I can communicate with other users in real-time. (Epic: https://github.com/zohaibshahzadkhan/SocialVibe-React-App/issues/24)

Acceptance Criteria:

Message Input:

• Provide a text area where users can type their messages.
• The text area should have placeholder text indicating "What do you want to say?".

Sending Messages:

• Users should be able to submit their message by clicking a "Send" button.
• Upon sending, the message should appear in the chat conversation.

Message Display:

• Messages sent by the current user should be displayed aligned to the right side of the chat window.
• Messages sent by other users should be displayed aligned to the left side.

Message Timestamp:

• Display the timestamp of each message to indicate when it was sent.
• Format the timestamp to show how long ago the message was sent (e.g., "just now", "2 hours ago").

Conversation Update:

• After sending a message, the chat conversation should update to display the new message immediately.

Styling:

• Ensure the chat interface is visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Use distinct styles to differentiate messages sent by the current user and others.
