Description: As a user, I should be able to comment on a post so that I can share my thoughts or feedback on the content. (Related Epic: https://github.com/zohaibshahzadkhan/SocialVibe-React-App/issues/23)

Acceptance Criteria:

The user can see a "Comment" button/icon next to each post.
Clicking the "Comment" button/icon opens a text input area for the user to write a comment.
The user can submit the comment by clicking a "Post Comment" button.
The new comment is displayed under the post without reloading the page.
