Send and Receive Friend Requests

Description: As a user, I should be able to send and receive friend requests so that I can connect with other users on the platform. (Epic: https://github.com/zohaibshahzadkhan/SocialVibe-React-App/issues/22)

Acceptance Criteria: Sending Friend Requests:

• The user can see an "Send Friendship Request" button on other users' profiles.
• Clicking the "Send Friendship Request" button sends a friend request to the selected user.
• The "Send Friendship Request" button is hidden once frequest has been sent.
• The system prevents sending multiple friend requests to the same user.
• An appropriate success message is shown after the friend request is sent.
• If the friend request fails, an error message is displayed.

Receiving Friend Requests:

• The user can navigate to a "Friends" page to view incoming friend requests.
• Incoming friend requests are displayed with options to accept or reject each request.
• Accepting a friend request adds the user to the friend list and updates the display accordingly.
• Declining a friend request removes the request from the list.
