In Moodle, Teacher and Admin can access--students cannot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Students from home computers or school computer lab
2. Students cannot see the audio player (or obviously play it).
3. Teachers and Admin (even when changing role to "Student" can see and play 
the mp3-player-for-tests.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is for students to be able to see and play the player.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the April 8, 2010 version.

Please provide any additional information below.
Many (not sure if all) students cannot seee the audio player on the Moodle 
website (for a quiz). However, I can see it and hear it, the Administrator can 
see and hear it, and we can do so when we switch to "Student" role. When 
students log into my computer at school, they can see the audio player. 
However, when they log into Moodle on some other computers on campus, they 
cannot see the audio player. I have asked them to check their IE Security 
settings (maximum of Medium High) and to make sure that Java was installed. 

Anyone know what the problem might be?
