already being added to recipe tab. tutorial video - when all views are done.

you may want to use mFirstTimeModeSP sharedPreference & SimpleTooltip lib. IMO few more tooltips and the tutorial video is redundant (and let's face it - we probably don't have enough time to make such a video). recipe tab - done AR layout - @shahafhermann create new cocktail - @enavhasson (maybe just a hint for moving between steps, your choice)
