z-push - cannot get mails via outlook app on iphone

Describe the bug After configuring the acount infos in the outlook app on my iphone, its accepting the account data but not recieving the mails.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Outlook App
Select Kopano Mail Account
Swipe down to get new mails.
Getting info that there are actually no mails to read

Expected behavior Getting Mails in the Outlook App.
