Positive/negative transaction inverted in chapter 8 #15

If the transaction is positive and its signature is not valid, it is ignored;
If the transaction is negative and it’s absent in the paying wallet (which is fetched and merged first), it’s ignored;

Shoild be: Negative transaction should be signed and valid. Positive transaction should be present in paying wallet as negative.
