Option change for generating svg fonts that use private unicode ranges #2

@zoltan-dulac : This PR looks legit and FontAwesome is being used by vast majority. Any chance you could look into this and merge if necessary?

@peteboere, @shehi : Hey guys -- I should have replied to this a while ago, but this must have fell through the cracks. The CSS3 Font Converter doesn't use batik anymore, since fontforge can convert fonts to SVG format now. Sorry for the confusion.
