Added initial colored prints

I started with https://github.com/gookit/color but if you don't like it we can use something else.

I like to put all the logging/print functions in one file, so we can later edit them as we want without having to edit all their individual usage.

Looks good, and better than the solution I would've picked that required a separate output library for Windows.
