@n8fr8 We only saw this one time in our testing. I'm not sure what even caused it, but here were the steps:

create the group (added Okt and carriezoms..)
sent a message
opened the group info
tried to add tiffrobo (blocked contact)
app crashed
reopened the app
opened group info
noticed that my owner permissions didn't show up (ability to edit the name or add members)
noticed duplicates as shown in screenshot
