Group enhancements #464

Fix issue #435, kick and grant admin.

Also much improved member handling. Still need to look into one problem with kick not working if group created on Android, so please consider work in project.

@n8fr8 Ok, pretty happy with this now. Tested adding/kicking and granting admin rights and that's now reflected in the lists on both Android an iOS =)
