Android can't see iOS chats in groups where OMEMO is turned on for Android and off for iOS.

What I see happening:

• A new group is created by Android.
• Android members are added. And can send/receive messages.
• An iOS device is added to the group.
• All devices can send/receive all messages.
• An Android device turns on group encryption in settings and in that group.
• The same Android sends messages to the group and they are received by all devices in the group.
• The iOS device sends a message without group encryption turned on.
• The Android device with group encryption turned on will not receive the message from the iOS device.

I also tested by creating a new group with all the devices added at the same time and I see the same results. I'm not sure if this is effecting old groups as well.

Not a blocker, but in short, everyone should turn on group encryption, or on one should!
