Add xmpp groups #493

I've looked around and there is no button to add yourself to an external group chat. :disappointed:

Really enjoying the simplistic UI, thanks!

Hmm, yes, we are very focused on private, invite only, now encrypted group chat.... but doesn't mean we shouldn't have a way to join group chats that are public on any server. Will think about this!

also in case of selfhosting servers, there should be a way to easily create groupchats on the originating server, otherwise zom becomes an app for accounts only on your server as UX for accounts coming from elsewhere is alien and seem half broken.
