If a friend request is blocked, tell requesting contact, "Sorry, you are blocked by the user." The requesting contact should not be able to open a chat, or see the profile of the person who blocked them.

Currently, on iOS, the contact you 'reject' gets a notification saying that you are now friends. If they open a chat with you, they see the pending approval. Tapping refresh, sends the original invitee a friend request.

Related to #493. I started this work in a PR now, so the "You are now friends" bug should be fixed in next release, 115.
