Messages not going through from iOS #501

iOS to Android: R sent multiple messages to C. Some went through with double checks and the shield as feedback. Some just showed the shield. No double checks, no errors, no clock. iOS to iOS: I saw the same thing happen when T sent messages to R. In both instances, all accounts were signed into Zom and had an internet connection.

Notes on our testing of this issue today in build 115:

Single Chat: T goes offline R sends photo, text, audio, and links to single chat with T. No feedback on any messages. T sends text, audio, and links to R while offline. Receives single check on text and link chats. Errors on audio. T comes back online and all messages come through from R. R receives text and link from T. T resends the audio and R receives the audio message.

Group Chat: T is offline. R sends photo, text, audio, and links to group chat that T is a member of. R receives no feedback. Taps the "i" to see who is active in the group. No one, but T active (everyone, but T is grey). T comes back online and all messages in chat come through to her.

Lots of changes to this in the last weeks, I think we need to retest this now.

Delivery receipts seem to be rendering. Although, we should keep our eye on it. Helps to indicate when the user is offline/online.

Nothing has changed. Some form of delivery receipts seem to be rending all the time. Has anyone else had any problems? Maybe Rosa?
