Chat/Settings: Room topic placeholder is missing #15

Device: iPhone 8 plus, iOS 13.4

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to app(free17/strange!)
  2. Tap on any chat
  3. Tap on i button at header

Expected: "Change room topic" placeholder should be displayed

Actual: Placeholder is not displayed
