I've added logic to handle Chance to Succeed Effects in a better fashion as well as adding a few methods to the Collision System to retrieve the closest enemy to a given position
I've also got code to implement all of the skills (though they may not be in complete working order) for the Cultist player including instant effects, timed effects, projectiles, and AOE's.
