Player Edit Form Timezone Bug #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a player
2. Observe the death dates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The dates should be in the local timezone, but they're in UTC instead.

Even worse, the dates are displayed as UTC, but get saved as local.

This was fixed in r290.
