Markup Support #3

It would be more user-friendly if we had some rich text support for various
parts of TurboHvZ: profile, rules notes, and private messages (see Issue
2).  Using raw HTML+TinyMCE is just asking for trouble, so having a minimal
markup language would probably best.

Best option seems like BBCode: http://postmarkup.googlecode.com/ (still
pending a security flaw)

Initial work has been done (using modified postmarkup, it's released as public
domain), but there are issues with the rendering system.  Namely, lists have 
problems
because there are too many <br/>s inserted.  Still working on it.
