What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up the timezone in the configuration file
2. Give another user create game permission
3. Have them set up a game in a different country
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The other user should be able to create a game in a different time zone.
Unfortunately, all games currently are stuck in one time zone.
Each game should have a different time zone.
