Fix unit test & circleci #219

circleci:Rails 7 requires Ruby 2.7.0 or newer

Thanks for the PR! I’m wanting to move over to GitHub actions and all the tests were previously broken for me locally. I may have disabled circle already.

I would need to test this locally or reenable. I’m out with family right this moment but I can check when I’m back next week.
