Add menu option to change color scheme #33

Some players may have trouble distinguishing certain color from other and might benefit from either a choice of color schemes or the ability to customize colors.

This is now available in the latest release. The UI is functional, but not trivial to use. Any questions then please ask in the forum (or here). It's possible to select a set of contrasting colours for every variant, or to specify that a certain nation should always be a certain colour.
