It to be played with gunboat modality. Each nations cannot be have any alliance.

Shall we close this PR - as gunboat only variants need to have additional functionality to ensure it's not being started as a normal match. Also, variants that can only do gunboat are not adviced.

There's really no difference from other three player variants, no extra functionality. Why would we enforce gunboat?

But I don't really think it's a good combination - England is alone on one side, and Turkey + Russia next to each other..

Closing this since it does seem an odd combination of nations to choose. vDip has a feature where any partial set of nations can play against each other, and this didn't seem to be a popular combination there.
