Trying to tweak payouts. Test coin - x11, block reward 50 coins. Deamon wallet balance 0. I send some coins to main deamon wallet. Balance is 100. When a block is found and confirmed how to make NOMP combine coins already in wallet and block reward. How to make payout 150.

I was doing tests on local vm. Mining gillycoin - low diff coin. I sent some extra gilly back to nomp deamon wallet but when the block was found and it was confirmed and payout happened those extra coins stayed in the wallet. I narrowed it down to this file. Something must be changed so that nomp combines those extra coins and block reward and makes the payout.

Its an experiment to make extra payouts to miners...
