The database layout has been changed in v2023.2 and a migration script has been provided. That script has however some issues. Correction will come in PR #1159, and when that is ready a new release v2023.2.1 will be published.
The database migration instructions have errors too, and a correction is available in PR https://github.com/zonemaster/zonemaster/pull/1244. That correction will also be included in v2023.2.1.
