Purpose

This PR updates the Github Actions configuration file when it comes to Perl versions to be tested. The versions have been taken from the update in https://github.com/zonemaster/zonemaster/pull/1270

How to test this PR

I suggest that we wait for the near end of releasing testing so that zonemaster/zonemaster#1270 can be reviewed, tested, approved and merged before merging this PR (and others of the same kind in the other components).
