Clarifies on --ed25519 #142

By mistake this change was first merged with master branch, but then reverted. See #130.

Purpose

The README file only mentions algorithm 15, but also algorithm 16 is affected. This is the same as #130 which was merged to the wrong branch.

This PR only updates documentation. The problem that Travis reports is not relevant here.
