bug magnetic field expression tokamak case #1

Thank you very much for making the code available.

It seems that the expression for the y component of the magnetic field for the tokamak case is not consistent with the vector potential and the pdf documentation.

Hello, thank you for your interest and your feedback

You are correct, the y-component of the tokamak field was wrong, the x^2 component was missing. Apparently, I removed it from one of the latest source revisions. I've made a few tests and the results seem to be pretty similar.
