This makes some changes to the README:

Made a harder-to-miss note directing users to 3ds.hacks.guide, as that is the recommended guide for installing homebrew
Updated to mention Android/chromeOS support
Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience

All necessary user guidance is provided through the 3ds.guide system, including additional OS support. This repo is for developer activity/curiosity only save maybe the issues tab. The THANKS section is second after the project name for symbolic reasons, I will not ever alter that.
