Cant get it to load #10

Ive tried everything but literally everything but i cant get it pas the pink and then the red screen then i get the error of an error has occurred please save your data in any software currently in use then restart the system. I cant get past this step i dont know if anybody else can maybe help with this issue

Completely delete your browser save and try again. You are close.

i'm also stuck on this error as well :( what do you mean by completely delete your browser save? or maybe mine's different? i get a pink/red screen, then it goes to a black screen saying that an error has occurred and i should power off my device.

I have no issue on my 2ds but when trying to mod my 3ds, it has an error massage "an error has occurred and i should power off my device"

Update: Issue solved after changing the region to United State/ Canada (original region was in SEA. It did failed 2 times before able to run on the 3rd time, so do try a few more times
