Upgrading the code to be compatible with pyTorch 1.1.0 (previously compatible with pyTorch 0.3.1 only)
The trained weights are updated (now is to be loaded in pyTorch 1.1.0 or newer).

This pull request resolves #7 (new trained weights file is compatible with recent pyTorch) and resolves #19 (code updated)
