Base64 encode + Storage #6

Hi, I don't know exactly if what i am writing is a bug or not but, is there any way to get the base64 encode image instead of the save path.

Futhermore, Is possible that we could send the path where store the image cause by default it store on external storage but what happens if my device has not any external storage.
