The software architecture and development plan needs to be worked
[x] Figure out how to get information from Uniprot (and Ensemble) for databases
[x] Summarise the sample file, I.e. how is it generated, what does it mean for protein kinase activity, which bits are important to display?
[x] Research Flask to determine how long that part will take
[x] Research SQL to determine how long that part will take
[x] Research NumPy and Pandas to determine how long that part will take
[x] Research web servers to determine any limitations ahead of time
[x] Reasearch CSS/HTML to determine how long that part will take
[x] Ensure software architecture covers specifications
[x] Identify and download software required (standardised versions)
[x] List all tasks for each stage
[x] Assign roles to group members
[x] Finalise plan
